Clinical Head

Job Summary:

The Clinical Head is responsible for overseeing all clinical operations of the dental clinic, ensuring high-quality patient care, compliance with clinical standards, and efficient coordination between dental practitioners and administrative staff. The role involves both managerial and clinical responsibilities to maintain excellence in service delivery and patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:Clinical Oversight

• Supervise and support dentists, dental hygienists, and assistants in clinical practice.
• Monitor and maintain quality assurance in all clinical procedures and patient care.
• Ensure compliance with local health regulations, infection control, and sterilization protocols.
• Review treatment plans and provide clinical guidance when needed.

Operational Management

• Coordinate daily clinic operations to ensure efficiency and optimal patient flow.
• Develop and implement clinical policies, protocols, and best practices.
• Manage schedules, patient appointments, and ensure minimal waiting time.
• Oversee procurement and maintenance of dental equipment and materials.

Leadership & Team Development

• Lead, train, and motivate the clinical team to maintain professional excellence.
• Conduct regular meetings and performance evaluations for clinical staff.
• Facilitate continuous professional development and training programs.

Patient Care & Experience

• Ensure a high standard of patient communication, satisfaction, and confidentiality.
• Address and resolve patient complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
• Promote preventive dental care and patient education.

Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure adherence to all legal, ethical, and regulatory standards.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and prepare periodic performance reports.
• Collaborate with management on strategic planning and quality improvement.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
