We require a systematic, highly reliable professional to manage patient coordination within defined response times.

Key Responsibilities: The Dofody Workflow

Your primary duties involve managing the entire patient journey, not just answering calls.

Must-Have:
A degree or diploma in
Nursing (GNM, BSc) or equivalent paramedical degree.
Language:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both
Malayalam and English.
Mindset:
Extremely organized with a keen eye for detail in scheduling and documentation. Must demonstrate high empathy and patience.
Tech Proficiency:
Proficient with Google Meet (managing host controls) and web browsers.
