The Role:

This is a unique, fully remote role, placing you at the heart of our operations. We are seeking a qualified nurse who is organized, empathetic, and has a strong interest in digital media. As the backbone of our patient experience and digital community, you will be responsible for the seamless coordination of all patient consultations while also assisting with the management and growth of our online presence. This is an exciting opportunity for a healthcare professional to build a career at the intersection of modern healthcare and digital media from the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Patient & Clinical Coordination (Core Responsibility):

* Serve as the primary point of contact for all patients via WhatsApp, phone calls, and email, providing empathetic and professional support.

* Manage the end-to-end consultation lifecycle: schedule appointments by coordinating between the doctor's and patient's availability.

* Create new user accounts and process orders in our internal system.

* Securely collect and confirm payments via Google Pay, UPI, and Bank Transfer.

* Generate and manage links for virtual consultations and share them with relevant parties.

* Ensure both the doctor and patient successfully join the virtual consultation at the scheduled time, providing technical assistance if needed.

* Generate prescriptions from our EMR system as directed by the doctor, obtain the digital signature, and securely send them to the patient.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

* Must-Have: A degree or diploma in Nursing (GNM, BSc, or equivalent).

* Must-Have: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Malayalam and English.

* Must-Have: Proficient with smartphones and basic computer applications (web browsers, email, etc.).

* A high degree of empathy, patience, and professionalism when interacting with patients.

* Extremely organized with a keen eye for detail, especially in scheduling and follow-ups.

* A strong interest in social media and digital technology, with a willingness and enthusiasm to learn new skills.
