Job Description

Based on patiend detailes gathered around personal, behavioral, medical and other relevant details of patient (including food /drinking habits and dining preferences) make a relevant recommendation in consultation with the Diabetologist or Surgeon doctor To plan counseling session and educate clients on appropriate diets, menu planning and preparation of food to treat diabetes in order to enhance and maintain optimum health. Monitor and review progress and follow-up of patient after session as per recommended guidelines in Standard Operating Procedures. Online consultations when required Participation in camps conducted by the Company onsite and offsite Personalized diet plansCalorie, activity, lifestyle modification counselling sessions Monitor if ATMA protocols for Counselling and diet plans are being adhered Close vigilence over team participation in Diabesity management programs, participation in rehab protocols Online patient interactions for data collation, education and final APR formulation for Company owned, satellite and kiosk units Represent in lecture sessions for corporate clients to shadow Sr Doctors Specific need based counselling for patients with Diabetes, Hypertension, Cardio Vascular diseases, and other therapeutic weight management programs Training sessions for junior colleagues placed at other centers as an ongoing program and alignment with the organization vision
