Job Title: Clinical Assistant Location: Nagercoil Company: ADRO HEARING AID CENTRE Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: An exciting opportunity is available for a full time Clinical Assistant to join our dynamic team on a permanent basis at our branch office in Nagercoil, Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating hearing and balance disorders, providing exceptional patient care, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive treatment plans. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive audiological evaluations and assessments. Diagnose hearing loss and balance disorders using appropriate testing methods. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients. Educate patients and families about hearing health and available treatment options. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Stay updated on the latest advancements in audiology and hearing technology. Qualifications: Experience in clinical settings preferred but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care. Completion of any degree of study is mandatory. Nevertheless, all necessary training will be provided for the right candidate. Starting pay scale: Rs. 1,20,000 1,50,000 per annum (take home) + Annual Bonus
