About the Role: Seeking a highly skilled Clinical AMS Delivery Manager with an experience of 15 years to join our dynamic team, Requirements At least 15 years of Clinical IT Service Management experience with a minimum of 5 years in Incident Management and Service Delivery Management, Expertise in managing the end-to-end delivery of Application Management Services (AMS) for clinical software, ensuring high-quality services are delivered on time and within budget, Must have strong technical leadership skills along with the ability to guide development and support teams, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement, Expertise in maintaining and enhancing customer satisfaction by meeting service level agreements (SLAs) and effectively addressing client needs and concerns, Sound understanding of service delivery strategy design and implementation to improve efficiency, stability and reliability in complex and large-scale service environments,
