Role of an Manager - Clinic in The Esthetic Clinics Chain

1. Operations Management

  • Oversee day-to-day functioning of the clinic.
  • Ensure all departments (reception, nursing, technicians, doctors, housekeeping) are working in coordination.
  • Monitor inventory of medical supplies, skincare products, consumables, and equipment.
  • Ensure SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) are followed for treatments, hygiene, and client handling.

2. Staff Management

  • Supervise clinic staff: front desk, patient care executives, therapists, support staff.
  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and training of staff.
  • Schedule staff shifts and ensure adequate manpower at all times.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and support team development.

3. Client Experience & Relationship Management

  • Ensure clients receive a premium, smooth, and professional experience.
  • Resolve escalated customer complaints or service issues promptly.
  • Monitor client satisfaction scores (e.g., feedback, NPS) and take corrective actions.
  • Build rapport with high-value clients and maintain loyalty.

4. Sales & Business Development

  • Drive monthly revenue targets and clinic performance.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote clinic offers, packages, and events.
  • Track KPIs such as client footfall, conversion rate, repeat visits, etc.
  • Upsell/cross-sell services and products through team coordination.

5. Compliance & Quality Control

  • Ensure adherence to clinical safety protocols, hygiene, and legal regulations.
  • Maintain proper documentation and licenses.
  • Coordinate periodic audits and certifications (if applicable).

6. Coordination with Head Office / Regional Team

  • Submit daily/weekly/monthly reports on revenue, performance, and challenges.
  • Implement new protocols or marketing campaigns as directed by corporate leadership.
  • Participate in strategic planning or expansion initiatives.
