Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Clinic Manager. The Clinic Manager will oversee the operations of the clinic, manage staff, coordinate with medical professionals, and ensure excellent service delivery to clients. Key responsibilities include supervising daily activities, maintaining client satisfaction, managing budgets, overseeing staff training, and ensuring adherence to clinical standards and regulations. The role requires maintaining high standards of service quality while fostering a professional and welcoming environment for patients.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Service and Communication to manage relationships and ensure exceptional patient experiences

• Proficiency in Budgeting and financial management to ensure the efficient operation of the clinic

• Experience in overseeing and supporting Medicine-related processes in a healthcare or wellness environment

• Capability in providing effective Training to clinic staff and fostering a collaborative work environment

• Proven organizational and team management skills

• Understanding and knowledge of Ayurvedic principles and practices is an advantage

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
