at our Koramangala clinic. In this role, you will oversee day-to-day clinic operations, drive monthly revenue goals, plan and execute neighbourhood sales initiatives, and lead the clinic team in delivering world-class customer service.

Key

● Manage front desk operations: Oversee walk-ins, phone inquiries, and online/offline appointment bookings.

● Ensure exceptional client experience: Greet and guide customers through their visit with professionalism and care.

● Supervise clinic hygiene: Oversee housekeeping staff and maintain high cleanliness and sanitization standards.

● Inventory and purchase planning: Track stock levels, coordinate procurement of medicines and consumables.

● Administrative compliance: Maintain accurate records for daily collections, expenses, and end-of-day account closure.

● Team coordination: Liaise with doctors, therapists, and support staff to ensure efficient client flow and schedule adherence.

● Vendor management: Coordinate with local vendors for supplies and clinic upkeep.

Required

● Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written); Malayalam or Kannada proficiency is a plus.

● Tech-savvy with comfort in using scheduling tools, inventory trackers, and basic accounting software.

● Strong sense of empathy, responsibility, and patient-first attitude. ● Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.

● Prior experience in healthcare, hospitality, or service-oriented environments preferred.
