What this role enables: Apply prompt engineering and LLM tooling to biological literature, datasets, and protocols to generate insights, hypotheses, and decision support assets for R&D teams. Design reproducible AI pipelines that augment wet-lab and computational workflows (e.g., experiment planning, protocol optimization, data summarization, and figure/text generation for reports). Collaborate with scientists to translate research questions into AI problems; validate outputs against domain ground truth and develop robust evaluation criteria. Contribute to reusable prompt libraries, knowledge graphs, and domain-specific ontologies that scale across projects. Maintain high standards for data integrity, scientific rigor, and responsible AI use in regulated healthcare/biotech contexts.
