Role Description

This is a hybrid internship role for a Climate & Energy Data Intern, primarily based in New Delhi, with flexibility for some remote work. The intern will support the evaluation and optimization of energy systems, including power generation and management. Responsibilities include collecting, analyzing, and interpreting energy data, researching climate and energy trends, contributing to sustainable energy initiatives, and creating detailed reports to inform decision-making. Interns will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ISB’s mission of sustainability and climate action.

Qualifications

• Students pursuing B.Tech / B.Sc / M.Tech / M.Sc in Electrical, Energy, Environmental Science, or related fields.
• Proficiency in Analytical Skills with the ability to collect and process energy-related data.
• Understanding of the Energy Industry, including key trends and challenges in sustainability.
• Experience or knowledge in Energy Management, including the planning and monitoring of energy use.
• Familiarity with Power Generation and renewable energy systems.
• An academic background or interest in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field is advantageous.
• Strong research, communication, and organizational skills are highly desirable.
• Adaptability to work in a hybrid model and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
