As a Client Training & Support Executive for Traviyo, your role involves providing product training and onboarding support to new clients. You will conduct online training sessions, respond to client queries via phone, email, or chat, assist in basic issue troubleshooting, maintain training records, and coordinate with the tech team for escalated matters. Your key responsibilities include: - Providing product training and onboarding support to new Traviyo clients - Conducting online training sessions for clients to understand system features and usage - Responding to client questions and support tickets via phone, email, or chat - Assisting clients in troubleshooting basic technical or functional issues - Maintaining records of training and client interactions - Coordinating with the tech team for escalated issues Qualifications required for this position: - Freshers with B. Tech (CSE/IT/EEE/ECE) or BCA degrees - Strong communication and presentation skills - Basic knowledge of software systems, web applications, or CRMs - Eagerness to learn and help clients succeed with the platform - Problem-solving mindset and customer-first approach About the Company: Traviyo is a travel CRM and automation platform located in Noida. This full-time position offers a training period of 6 months for freshers with a stipend ranging from 8,000 to 10,000 per month.
