Job Description

About the Role

Hireflex Global is seeking a highly organised and articulate professional with strong English communication skills to support business operations, stakeholder coordination, and presentation/marketing activities. The ideal candidate is confident, proactive, and able to convey ideas clearly, whether through written communication, documentation, or presentations. Experience in HR or Marketing is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Business Operations & Coordination

  • Coordinate day-to-day business operations and maintain documentation, trackers, and dashboards
  • Schedule interviews, meetings, and follow-ups with candidates, clients, and partners
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Sales, Delivery, Leadership)
  • Prepare professional emails, internal updates, reports, and follow-through on action items
  • Support basic HR activities (posting roles, candidate management, status tracking)

Presentation & Marketing Support

  • Create and deliver engaging presentations for clients, partners, and internal teams
  • Support marketing initiatives through strategic communication and visual storytelling
  • Develop content that enhances brand visibility and strengthens the company narrative
  • Represent the company professionally in meetings, webinars, and virtual events

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and in team, manage multiple tasks, and prioritise effectively
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
  • Experience with presentation tools such as PowerPoint, Canva, or Google Slides


Nice-to-Have

  • Prior work experience in HR coordination or marketing support
  • Experience drafting email communication or presentation content
  • Familiarity with ATS, CRM, or marketing tools (LinkedIn, Canva, HubSpot, etc.)

Education
