Client Support Manager

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide regular project updates, site progress reports, and handover timelines.
• Handle clients queries related to agreements, payment schedules, milestones, and possession.
• Maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and referrals.

Coordinate with project teams (engineering, site supervisors, architects) regarding client requirements.

• Ensure timely resolution of issues related to construction, modifications, or documentation.
• Assist clients with documentation: allotment letters, agreements, NOC, payment receipts, and possession documents.
• Support clients during site visits, inspections, and handover process.
• Taking pre-bid and post-bid meetings.
• Address complaints related to site work, delays, or quality issues.
• Manage escalation cases with professionalism and coordinate with senior management to resolve concerns.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of

  construction processes, site work, and real estate documentation

• Problem-solving ability with a client-first mindset
• Ability to handle pressure, multiple clients, and escalations
