Job Description Responsible for first and secondlevel customer support calls /Email/ chat support. There are no sales or outbound calls. Helping hand for internal staffs and the clients. Accurately document and communicate problems for escalated help requests to third-level support. Create and run reports that help support the effectiveness and efficiency of Publications Customer Services. Coordinate with appropriate staff to monitor Production Application Systems. Assist with keeping documentation current. Work collaboratively with staff throughout the division to identify and resolve issues and to contribute to the enhancement of products and services. Support and assist Journal Offices processes and best practices. Organize and communicate new resolution procedures to appropriate staff and management Provide focused, timely and appropriate responses to customer requests. Preferred candidate profile We prefer work experience in handling US and European customers preferred. No night for women staff and we provide a cab facility both ways Prefer candidates distanced between 15 to 20 KM from office Kilpauk. Flexible for Rotational shift Strong written and oral communications Analytical and organizational skills Experience with the Help Desk ticketing system. Minimum 2 years experience as voice support executive.
