Client Success Support Strategist - UK Shift (Remote)

Role Overview: You will have the opportunity to support the Client Strategy team at Ziff Davis CNET Group by handling operational tasks and non-key account responsibilities. Your role will involve assisting in creating client-facing screenshot decks, submitting creative and asset requests, mapping tag sheets to media plan templates, entering media plans accurately into proprietary systems, and supporting pre-sale plan creation for non-key accounts. There is also potential for you to expand into post-sale support for non-key accounts. By efficiently managing these tasks, you will enable Client Strategists to focus on revenue-generating initiatives, ultimately contributing to the success of the team.
