Tipple Works Co. is a full-service marketing and creative agency based in Mumbai. We work with brands to craft memorable campaigns, build communities, and make brands unmissable. Now, we're looking for a sharp and organized Client Success Executive to join our growing team. What You’ll Do Be the key point of contact between clients and our internal creative, design, and other key teams Understand client briefs, ask the right questions, and convert them into actionable tasks for internal execution Ensure smooth flow of communication from client → internal team → final output → client Coordinate timelines, deadlines, and deliverables across departments Set expectations with clients and ensure project milestones are met Help build reports, decks, and performance summaries for review meetings Keep things moving — follow-ups, status checks, and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks Represent the agency with clarity, positivity, and professionalism You Should Have 2–4 years of experience in client servicing / strategy / account management Strong communication skills (verbal + written) Great attention to detail, timelines, and people coordination A knack for understanding brand tone, strategy, and marketing language Familiarity with social media, digital marketing, and creative workflows Ability to manage multiple projects and clients at once A team-first attitude with a solution-oriented mindset Tools You’ll Use Google Sheets / Docs / Slides Notion, ClickUp Canva or basic Figma (for helping with decks) Show more Show less
