As a Client Success Executive, you’ll be the bridge between our customers and our software. Your mission is to ensure labs using DoraysLIS are fully satisfied, well-trained, and supported from the moment they start using our platform. You’ll guide them through the software, resolve their queries, and help them achieve success with DoraysLIS. Key Responsibilities: • Onboard new diagnostic labs and ensure smooth setup • Provide training on software features via calls, Zoom, or WhatsApp • Address customer concerns and troubleshoot issues quickly • Regularly follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction • Collect feedback and coordinate with the technical team for improvements • Maintain documentation and update CRM (HubSpot or similar) Who You Are: • Strong communication skills in Hindi & English • Patient, proactive, and good at explaining software • Basic understanding of lab workflows or SaaS is a bonus • Previous customer support or onboarding experience preferred • Comfortable using tools like Google Sheets, Zoom, and WhatsApp Web Show more Show less
