As we grow, we’re looking for a Client Servicing professional who thrives on building trusted relationships, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering exceptional client experiences every step of the way. What You’ll Do: Be the first line of support for our clients—respond to queries, resolve issues, and ensure timely processing of requests Maintain up-to-date client documentation and ensure all onboarding formalities are smoothly completed Support Financial Advisors by preparing meeting materials, financial reports, and handling client transactions across Wealth Products Assist in executing the team’s engagement strategy Leverage firm-wide tools and trainings to stay current on policy, product, and risk-related updates What We’re Looking For: 4-6 years of experience in Wealth Management client servicing or operations Strong understanding of wealth products and transaction processing (MF, PMS, AIF, Bonds) Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze data and ensure high-quality documentation Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office tools A client-first mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally with advisors and internal teams Show more Show less
