Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Client Servicing Manager. The position involves managing and nurturing client relationships, addressing client queries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and facilitating effective communication between teams. The Client Servicing Manager will also work closely with internal teams to deliver client-focused solutions that meet business objectives.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Client Services and Client Relations to build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
• Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure high-quality service delivery and address client concerns effectively
• Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with clients and internal teams, with strong verbal and written abilities
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills to resolve client issues promptly and effectively
• Educational background in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields is a plus
