Job Title - Client Servicing Manager Location - Hyderabad Responsibilities: Assist management of client accounts, ensuring successful campaign delivery and client satisfaction. Take creative briefs from clients and accurately interpret them for internal teams. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, media, and strategy to develop and execute successful advertising campaigns. Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, strategic planning, and understanding of client needs. Coordinate and lead client meetings, ensuring agendas and objectives are set. Pitch for new business opportunities and contribute to the agency's growth. Stay updated with industry trends and competitive landscape to provide strategic advice to clients. Troubleshoot and resolve client issues promptly and effectively. Requirements: Bachelors degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field. 2-5 years of experience in account management within an advertising agency. Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills. Strong understanding of digital and traditional advertising channels. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
