Client Servicing Executive

Communication & Coordination

(ADVERTISING AGENCY BACKGROUND PREF.)

  • Daily communication with clients to provide updates and collect feedback
  • Timely and proactive response to client emails
  • Coordinate with functional teams to ensure timely, accurate and complete delivery of client work
  • Document minutes of all meetings (where present)
  • Research on trends and management of database for campaigns
  • Coordinate with the creative team for the execution
  • Manage all communication with the clients and the team.
