Exp : 2+ Years in Client Servicing Responsible for managing client expectations on all aspects of 360 degree marketing Interact with clients on a daily basis. Understanding the Clients projects across different industry verticals, their target audience and the marketing requirements. Coordinating with the Creative, Media and Technical team for various aspects. Following processes and maintain & updating process sheets & develop client reports. Ensure project delivery is closely mapped to ensure on-time, on-budget work. Strong verbal and written communication skills & Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint Managing and generating additional revenue from existing clients. Adding SBUs. Motivating and pushing your team to generate additional revenue of their clients Working closely with BD Team, Making and presenting the pitch presentation. Sending Proposals, negotiations and closing of business deals.
