Job Description

To be the interface between agencys internal stakeholders and clients Work closely with Brand Management, Marcomm & Corp Comm teams on client side to understand their brand goals, business goals and communication goals Work closely with Content, Design, Digital and Media teams on the agency side to work on client briefs and deliver solutions as per client expectations Conduct in person / virtual meetings with clients for briefings, proposal presentations and project reviews Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. Taking part in pitches for new contracts Handling commercial aspects of assigned client accounts such as timely submission of invoices and timely payment recovery Required Skills Enthusiastic, energetic and imaginative Quick to absorb and analyses large amounts of information A clear communicator, in person and in written communication Able to present ideas with conviction IT literate with proficiency in MS Office Suite Comfortable working as part of a team Skilled at negotiating with the ability to think on their feet Commercially aware Qualification MBA/ BBA in Marketing or a relevant Degree / qualification in Advertising Prior Experience of at least 2 years in a client facing/ relationship management role Prior experience in Advertising or Digital or Event Management Agency, PR, Print Publications will be preferred
