Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned corporate clients, ensuring smooth communication and satisfaction. Manage client expectations and provide consistent updates on ongoing projects or campaigns. Coordinate with internal departments (design, operations, production, etc.) to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. Build strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and long-term partnerships. Take detailed briefs from clients and translate them into actionable plans for the team. Handle client escalations with professionalism and resolve issues quickly. Track feedback and performance metrics post-project to ensure continued satisfaction. Requirements: 3–4 years of experience in client servicing, with a focus on corporate accounts. Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Prior experience in event management, marketing, or agency environments is a big plus. Proficiency in tools like MS Office, Excel, and project coordination platforms is preferred.
