Client Servicing Executive in Pune

Key Responsibilities

• Client & internal coordination:
• Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams.
• Attend client meetings, calls, and discussions to capture detailed briefs accurately.
• Translate client briefs into clear action plans for the design and digital teams.
• Coordinate daily with the founder and creative director to align on priorities and timelines.
• Project & workflow management:
• End-to-end management of all assigned projects- from brief to delivery.
• Maintain project timelines, ensure timely execution, and flag bottlenecks proactively.
• Ensure all client deliverables are documented, tracked, and filed systematically.
• Monitor progress across teams and ensure quality standards are met.
• Social media & content responsibilities:
• Handle social media accounts for BrandMatterz- posting, scheduling, and community management.
• Assist in conceptualizing content for client social media calendars and posting on client social media handles as well
• Coordinate with the design team for creatives required for BrandMatterz and client accounts.
• Ensure on-brand communication across digital channels.
• Documentation & reporting:
• Maintain all client-related documentation, including briefs, approvals, deliverables, and reports.
• Prepare weekly status updates, meeting notes, and project trackers.
• Create campaign documentation, case studies, etc.
