If you are, we are looking for a Client Service Manager to be part our team passionate about bringing compelling levels of insights to our partners, and ensuring the long-term revenue growth for Kantar Worldpanel India. This is an exciting role which will provide you with a blended development focus from on-the-job experience, exposure and exchange of knowledge with others, and more formal education as you look to take the next step in your career. What You’d Do Analysis & Insight Data extraction, analysis and story building Managing projects making sure that key milestones are hit, keeping client up-to-date at all times Dig deep into the data – using the enquiry software and other tools – to extract incisive and business-oriented “actionable” insights Preparing and delivering presentations; building category, cross category and industry knowledge from project to project, making sure previous learning is built upon and shared fully Ownership of your self-development in completing and managing your own PDP, highlighting areas where further development is required Stay updated with industry trends and integrate new knowledge and skills into your professional practice. Client Partnership Responsible for managing existing set of clients and building strong relationship with them Understanding client business issues & ensuring expectations are met, managing project deliverables Answering clients business questions and providing solutions Ensuring continuous engagement with a set of clients given to handle Managing client meetings and presentations Building meaningful conversations with clients which can help in value generation for both client and KWP. What You’d Bring A Positive Attitude MBA 1-2 years’ experience in Market Research, with proven value delivery to clients Able to draw insights and answer client business questions Good data interpretation Good communication skills Strong presentation skills Proficient in MS Excel & MS PowerPoint.
