Job Title: Client Servicing Executive Location: Sakinaka,Mumbai Job Type: Full-Time Reports To: Client Service Manager We are looking for an organized and proactive Client Servicing Executive to join our vibrant team at ZoomMantra Production. As a Client Servicing Executive, you will play a key role in managing client relationships, ensuring the smooth execution of projects, and delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs and business goals. Project Coordination: Manage the day-to-day execution of client projects, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Work closely with internal teams (creative, production, digital) to ensure deliverables are on track. Client Communication: Facilitate clear communication between clients and the agency team. Provide clients with regular updates on the progress of campaigns and projects. Campaign Support: Assist with the development and execution of marketing and advertising campaigns, ensuring client objectives are met and expectations are exceeded. Problem Solving: Address any client concerns or issues quickly and effectively, providing solutions that maintain positive relationships and client satisfaction. Reporting & Analysis: Assist in preparing reports and presentations for clients, showcasing campaign performance and insights. Provide recommendations for improvements based on data analysis. Project Briefs: Gather and clarify client requirements and objectives to create clear and concise briefs for internal teams, ensuring all expectations are aligned before project commencement. Administrative Support: Handle administrative tasks related to client servicing, including preparing proposals, contracts, and ensuring accurate invoicing and project documentation. Requirements: Experience: 1-2 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or a similar role in an advertising or digital marketing agency. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and convey information effectively to clients and internal teams. Organizational Skills: Strong project management abilities, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to identifying issues and finding solutions to ensure client satisfaction. Client-Centric Attitude: A strong focus on client needs and delivering exceptional service. Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously. Team Collaboration: Ability to work well within a team environment, collaborating with internal departments to achieve client goals.
