Client Servicing Executive Corporate Video Production Are you a people person with a passion for storytelling and video production? Your Role Project Ownership: Manage client projects from briefing to final delivery, ensuring timelines and quality benchmarks are met. Collaboration: Work with writers, designers, animators, and editors to align creative execution with client expectations. Client Communication: Act as the primary contact for clients, handling concerns, gathering feedback, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Presentations & Documentation: Create compelling presentations, write concept notes, and ensure clear internal and external communication. Pre-Shoot to Post-Production Oversight: Plan and coordinate all phases of video production while maintaining quality control. Industry Insights & Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends and leverage AI tools for email communication, research, and project management. Efficiency & Optimization: Monitor project performance and provide actionable recommendations for process improvements. Strong Organizational & Communication Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritise work, and maintain strong client relationships.
