Job Description

As an Executive/SE-CRR at our company, your role will involve managing customer relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving sales growth by collaborating with various departments. You will be responsible for: - Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients - Identifying and addressing client needs and concerns - Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to drive business growth - Preparing and delivering presentations to clients - Monitoring and reporting on client satisfaction and feedback - Assisting in the development of strategies to enhance customer experience - Managing client accounts and ensuring timely follow-ups Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 1 - 4 years of experience in customer relationship management or sales - Proven track record of achieving sales targets - Strong analytical and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Willingness to travel as needed Additionally, we offer a flexible schedule, health insurance, leave encashment, paid sick time, and Provident Fund as part of our benefits package. You will be working full-time in a day shift at our in-person work location.
