This role is perfect for individuals looking to start their career in client servicing and customer relations. As a Client Service Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and play a vital role in ensuring high levels of client satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support. Key Responsibilities: Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and provide timely assistance for inquiries, service requests, and issues. Maintain clear, professional, and effective communication with clients through various channels such as email, phone, and chat. Client Support: Assist clients in understanding our services and provide information as needed. Help resolve client issues and ensure they receive prompt solutions to their concerns. Order Processing and Coordination: Assist clients with order management and ensure the smooth delivery of services. Work closely with the internal teams to ensure the timely fulfillment of client needs and requests. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by offering personalized service. Ensure a positive client experience by being proactive in addressing concerns and providing solutions. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and feedback in the companys CRM system. Assist in preparing reports and analyzing client feedback to improve service delivery. Client Retention: Contribute to strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention. Work with senior team members to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services to clients. Qualifications: Education: Freshers who have completed their graduation in 2023 or 2024 (Any discipline). Skills: Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written). Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships. Problem-solving attitude and ability to handle client concerns effectively.
