About The Opportunity

Join a dedicated child development centre delivering early intervention, pediatric therapy, and family-centred developmental services across India. We serve infants and children with developmental delays and special needs by combining clinical excellence with compassionate, family-focused care. This on-site role is ideal for candidates who thrive in fast-paced, mission-driven environments and who take pride in outstanding client engagement and dependable administration.Role & Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary front-desk and client liaison: greet families, manage inquiries, and coordinate new client intakes with sensitivity and confidentiality.
  • Manage appointment scheduling, therapist calendars, and follow-ups to optimise clinic throughput and minimise wait times.
  • Maintain accurate client records and clinical documentation in EMR/EHR systems; ensure secure storage and compliance with data-protection protocols.
  • Process billing, payments, refunds, and insurance-related documentation; reconcile daily transactions and support monthly invoicing.
  • Coordinate communications between therapists, parents, and external stakeholders; prepare and distribute session summaries, invoices, and reminders.
  • Own day-to-day administrative tasks: inventory control for therapy supplies, basic MIS reporting, and ad-hoc operational support to clinical teams.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have
  • Proven experience in client-facing administrative or front-office roles within healthcare, education, or clinical settings.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and appointment-scheduling tools to manage client flow and records.
  • Experience using EMR/EHR or clinic management systems for maintaining confidential client documentation.
  • Working knowledge of billing, invoicing, payment processing, and basic financial reconciliation.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace for reporting, scheduling, and communications.
  • Understanding of confidentiality and child-protection protocols and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Preferred

  • Previous experience in a child development centre, pediatric therapy clinic, or early-intervention setting.
  • Familiarity with Zoho CRM or specialised clinic management software.
  • Multilingual communication ability (e.g., Hindi or regional languages) to support diverse family needs.
