CLIENT RESULT EXECUTIVE

The Client Results Executive (CRE) is responsible for:
1️ Handling all incoming enquiries (sales support)
2️ Explaining MindAlgo programs clearly3️ Guiding clients smoothly from enquiry → enrolment4️ Providing daily check-ins, motivation, and accountability
5️ Ensuring clients consistently follow the weekly plan set by the psychologist6️ Updating psychologists with daily client reports7️ Ensuring client progress, satisfaction, and retention

This is NOT a therapy role.
It is a care + accountability + engagement + sales role.

Must-Have Skills

• Excellent communication skills
• Empathy & patience
• Basic knowledge of mental health concepts
• Ability to motivate others
• Strong follow-up skills
• Good phone/WhatsApp etiquette
• Time management
• Basic English + Malayalam/Hindi proficiency

QUALIFICATIONS

• Any degree (Psychology preferred but NOT required)
• Freshers welcome
• Training will be provided by MindAlgo

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
