Role Description

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming leads from Instagram, WhatsApp, and email
• Communicate with clients professionally & warmly
• Understand the couple’s story, needs, and budgets
• Share quotations and explain our services clearly
• Schedule meetings/calls with the founder when required
• Follow up consistently until the booking is confirmed
• Maintain lead trackers and share daily progress reports
• Achieve monthly sales & conversion targets
• Ensure smooth pre- and post-booking communication

• Confident in conversations, follow-ups, and negotiations

• Comfortable working in a creative environment
• Based in Mumbai (in-office role)

Compensation

• Base Salary:

  ₹20,000 – ₹25,000/month

• Incentives:

  2%

• Performance Bonus:

  ₹5,000–₹10,000 upon achieving monthly targets
