Relationship Manager

Key Role & Responsibilites:

Call potential customers, understand their property requirements, and encourage them to book a site visit with our sales team.
Explain project details and answer any questions customers may have.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and appointments.
Follow up with leads to schedule property visits.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth experience for customers.
Handle customer objections confidently and resolve their concerns quickly and professionally.
Consistently meet both individual and team goals.
