Client Relationship officer (Inside Sales)

As a Customer Relationship Officer at MSM Unify, your role is crucial in promoting and selling our programs to potential students. You will be responsible for responding to inquiries, identifying suitable programs, and ensuring alignment with our business goals. Your primary focus will be on developing solid relationships, handling inbound queries, making outbound calls, analysing customer feedback, and maintaining accurate customer data records. Additionally, you will support the student journey, cross-sell products, and contribute to inbound and outbound sales activities. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and sustain relationships with prospective students and stakeholders. - Handle inbound queries via telephone, email, and web chat. - Make outbound calls to convert leads into study applications. - Analyse customer feedback data to ensure customer satisfaction. - Record customer data accurately in all systems. - Identify and report on issues and trends in the student journey. - Cross-sell products and engage in inbound and outbound sales activities. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field. - MBA or advanced degree is a plus. - Experience in B2C sales or willingness to learn. - Excellent presentation and negotiation skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. - Good problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn. - Customer service orientation. - Basic computer skills and proficiency in office software and CRM systems. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt as needed. Training and Development: New Customer Relationship Officers will undergo training on company products, services, and customer service procedures. Regular feedback and guidance will be provided to support your growth in the role. In this role, you will report to the Team Lead, Assistant Manager, or Manager.
