Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, establishing and maintaining strong relationships, ensuring their recruitment needs are understood and met. Requirement Gathering Client Coordination: Work directly with clients to gather and fully understand their requirements, ensuring smooth communication and alignment with internal teams. End-to-End Recruitment Process: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to interview coordination, ensuring timely delivery of quality talent to clients. Recruitment Talent Acquisition: Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring that all stages from job posting to candidate placement are executed effectively and efficiently. Client Communication: Provide regular updates to clients regarding recruitment progress, managing expectations, and resolving any concerns or challenges. Client Relationship Development: Build and sustain long-term relationships with clients, working to understand their evolving needs and tailor recruitment solutions accordingly. HR Operations Support: While recruitment is the primary focus, the role also involves working closely with HR Operations to assist in processes related to onboarding, compliance, and documentation, as needed. Qualifications Skills: Educational Requirements: MBA (HR) Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition with a strong interest in HR Operations. Talent Acquisition Experience: 1-4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a focus on end-to-end recruitment processes. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and manage client relationships effectively. Decision Making Problem Solving: Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address client issues and resolve challenges in recruitment. Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities while delivering high-quality recruitment outcomes. Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, candidates, and internal teams.
