Client Relationship Manager

Job Description

Assist in onboarding new clients with accurate documentation (KYC, T&C, payment). Follow up with inbound leads and convert them to paid clients. Maintain strong client relationships and handle queries effectively. Coordinate with the research team to ensure timely delivery of reports. Update CRM with client communication, payments, and status. Support compliance and reporting needs with basic data compilation.
