Key Responsibilities: Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and providing updates on their cases. Case Management: Oversee the progress of client cases, ensuring all documentation is complete and submitted in a timely manner. Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during the immigration process. Collaboration: Work closely with the legal team and other departments to ensure a seamless client experience. Follow-Up: Conduct regular follow-up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and case progress. Qualification Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and client management software. Knowledge of immigration laws and procedures is a plus.
