Client Relationship Manager

You will be responsible for building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers. This includes overseeing the relationship with customers handled by your team, resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently, and collecting client feedback about their experience. Additionally, you will meet with managers in the organization to plan strategically and ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms. As the point of contact for complaints, you will escalate issues as appropriate.
