Job Description

Role & responsibilities Client Relationship & Servicing Act as the primary point of contact for existing clients HNIs and retail. Share portfolio updates, address client queries, and coordinate with dealers/investment teams for any client requests. Schedule client meetings, follow-ups, and performance review calls. Upsell suitable financial products like SIPs, Mutual Funds, Insurance, or PMS based on client profiles. Build long-term trust and help drive referral business. Operations & Admin Handle documentation for Demat & trading account openings. Coordinate with Sharekhan back-office and RMS for margin, trade approvals, and compliance issues. Maintain accurate client records and CRM updates. Ensure timely dispatch of contracts, statements, and onboarding kits. Telecalling & Lead Follow-Up Call warm leads from campaigns, referrals, or walk-ins to explain Tradons services. Fix appointments for the acquisition team or schedule video/phone meetings. Maintain lead tracker, follow-up pipeline, and update feedback status. Assist in sending onboarding messages, welcome kits, and WhatsApp follow-ups. Preferred candidate profile Key Requirements: 1–2 years of experience in client servicing, broking back-office, or financial sales roles. Strong communication skills in English & Hindi (Kannada is a plus). Comfortable with basic financial products and platforms (Demat, SIPs, trading platforms). Organized, proactive, and client-focused with multitasking ability. Graduation in Commerce, Finance, or Business preferred.
