Client Relationship Executive

As a Client Relationship Executive with 12 years of experience, your role will involve managing client interactions and supporting the service delivery team. Your pleasant personality and ability to build positive rapport with clients will be key in maintaining strong, long-term relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. - Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery. - Assist with client onboarding, follow-ups, and documentation. - Manage client communication through calls, emails, and in-person meetings. - Prepare and maintain client interaction reports. Qualification Required: - Female candidates only. - 12 years of experience in client servicing/customer relations. - Graduate in any discipline (preferred). - Should be based in or willing to work in Nagercoil.
