Job Roles & Responsibilities:
Executive - Client Relations As an Client Relations Executive you will play a vital role in managing client relationships and coordinating sales activities.
Your primary responsibility will be to ensure seamless support to sales teams for conversion of leads into sales and maintain strong connections with clients.
Responsibilities:
-Manage and update the lead and inquiry database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Onboard new customers, providing them with comprehensive information and support.
- Follow up on payments, renewals, and quotation statuses to ensure timely completion.
- Implement strategies to encourage upsells and maximize sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships between customers and the support team, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Analyze and enter sales, expense, and new business data to track product line sales and costs.
- Maintain inventory of promotional materials, plan meetings and trade shows, and prepare reports.
- Conduct cold calls and presentations to secure new contracts in a competitive market.
- Share introduction emails with target clients from our database or personal database.
- Handle and update lead registration documents, creating reviews and reports for weekly meetings.
- Consolidate and update databases of clients, ensuring accurate and up-to-date contact information.
- Thoroughly understand the products being marketed, actively participating in the design stage to understand core design points.
- Review content, including images, videos, and blog posts, and approve posts for social media.
- Manage social media channels (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram) to enhance audience engagement.
- Arrange effective distribution of marketing and sales materials.
- Source advertising opportunities and place advertisements.
- Set up Zoom appointments with clients to deliver proper presentations on products and services.
- Prepare and gather feedback forms, appreciation, and work completion certificates from customers.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales and marketing coordination or customer relations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and their management.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
