Position Details: Job Title : Account Executive Location : Pune (Onsite)-ONSITE is MANDATORY Duration : Full time – permanent. Shift : 08pm – 06am (US Shift) Description: Building relationships, implementing updating of consultant profiles, administering retention initiatives at the client site, obtaining referrals and lead generation through relationship building. Roles and Responsibilities Be a Single point of contact between Generis Tek and client to maintain and grow client relationships. Help grow Accounts year over year Attend weekly VMO (MSP) calls. Update the status of the spreadsheet of all the requirements / VMO Rep and distribute it to the delivery team Coordinating interview confirmations/interview feedback with the delivery team and VMO Coordinate complete onboarding procedures including but not limited to sending the onboarding email / coordinating the onboarding process and all post-hire coordination activities with VMO. Escalate any issues raised by VMO reps to the region manager. A daily status update report regarding interviews/issues should be sent to the region manager, and CMS should be updated for every VMO Rep with a weekly activity log. Briefing call with the Delivery Manager. Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, business, liberal arts (psychology, sociology, etc.), industrial relations or organizational development. Typically requires one to two years of experience in human resources or administration. Able to handle high confidentiality and common sense regarding employee information. Good time management, communication, organization, and interpersonal skills. Excellent writing, editing, communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent PC skills Update the status of Requirements on an appropriate spreadsheet and distribute it to the VMO Rep and to the Delivery team Coordinate interview confirmations and interview feedback with the Delivery team and VMO Escalate any issues raised by VMO reps to AM, RAM, or NAM Help respond to RFS/RFIs Requirements Minimum 6-12 months of experience as an Account Executive, or in B2B sales role or 12 months of IT Recruitment experience. Proven track record of meeting sales quota consistently. Must be an exceptional communicator, whether orally – on the phone, or written – through e-mail. Proficient in English & sensitive to US culture. Must be self-motivated, flexible, and collaborative, with an eagerness to learn. Remuneration: Base Salary + Aggressive commissions
