Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and personable Client Relationship Executive to join our team and serve as the key link between our company and our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for building and nurturing long-term relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and supporting the delivery of tailored solutions that meet client needs. The ideal candidate is proactive, communicative, and committed to delivering a superior client experience. If you excel at building trust, managing expectations, and driving client success, we’d love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Handle client inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner. Ensure client satisfaction by providing accurate information, timely updates, and seamless service proactively Coordinate with internal departments to deliver solutions that meet client needs. Prepare and present reports, proposals, and service updates to clients as required. Maintain accurate client records, communication logs, and documentation. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell company products and services. Assist with onboarding new clients and guiding them through the setup process. Monitor service delivery standards and recommend improvements where necessary. Meet with managers in the organization to plan strategically. Negotiating & closing agreements with customers. Qualification & Pre-requisites: · Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. · Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably in customer service, account management, or client relations. · Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. · Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities under pressure. · Strong critical thinking and negotiation skills. · Ability to work independently. · Flexible mindset to adapt to changes limited to scope of work. .
