Client Relationship & Delivery Manager (BIM)

Role & responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and oversee multiple design and BIM projects from initiation to delivery.
• Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and quality benchmarks.
• Allocate resources based on skillsets (Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, BIM 360, etc.) and project requirements.
• Track progress using project management tools and ensure adherence to deadlines and budget.
• Facilitate coordination between technical teams, clients, and senior management for smooth project execution.

• Ensure adherence to client standards, LOD (Level of Detail), and BIM execution plans.
• Support the team with problem-solving and provide technical guidance where required.
• Coordinate with discipline leads (architecture, MEP, structural, etc.) to ensure design consistency and data integrity.
• Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies, tools, and workflows to drive innovation and efficiency.

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct project kick-off meetings, requirement discussions, and regular status reviews with clients.
• Manage client expectations on scope, timelines, and deliverables through proactive communication.
• Identify opportunities for account growth and additional service offerings.

Prepare and present project reports, progress summaries, and performance updates to clients

Scope of the role:

the Client Relationship & Delivery Manager will oversee end-to-end management of design and engineering projects within the construction domain, ensuring timely and quality delivery of outputs developed using Revit, AutoCAD, BIM 360, and related tools. This individual will be responsible for coordinating with clients for project delivery and requirement gathering, collaborating with internal technical engineering teams and HR for recruitment, resourcing, and performance management.
