Job Description

As a Client Relations Officer (CRO) at our company, you will play a crucial role in building strong client relationships and delivering excellent customer service. Your proactive and confident approach will contribute to the growth of our team. Key Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls to/from patients, hospitals, and doctor offices in the US. - Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and internal teams. - Ensure timely follow-ups and resolution of client inquiries. - Document call interactions and update CRM or internal systems accurately. - Collaborate with cross-functional departments to meet client expectations. Qualifications: - Strong command of US English and accent is a must. - Prior experience in a US healthcare process or international voice process is an advantage. - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. - Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. - Willingness to work night shifts.
