Account Growth:Identify opportunities for account growth and revenue expansion.Collaborate with the sales team to present additional products or services to clients. Contract Renewals:Manage the contract renewal process, ensuring timely renewals and addressing any contract-related concerns.Negotiate contract terms and conditions. Feedback Collection:Collect and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement.Use feedback to enhance products, services, and overall client experience.
