JOB OVERVIEW
We are looking for an enthusiastic Client Relation Executive to join our growing team at C-Hub. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, building meaningful relationships while driving conversions for our innovative products and services. The ideal candidate will connect with leads, explain offerings clearly, resolve queries, and ensure that prospects move smoothly through the sales process to become customers. KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Connect with potential customers via outbound calls and introduce them to C-Hub’s products and services.
• Build and nurture relationships with leads, guiding them through the customer journey to achieve successful conversions.
• Clearly explain offerings in a professional and engaging manner to generate interest and drive action.
• Follow up with leads, maintain accurate records of interactions, and ensure timely conversions.
• Address customer queries, resolve basic concerns, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude while representing the brand.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any relevant field.
• 0–2 years of experience in Sales / Business Development (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
• Target-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving ability.
• Knowledge of the education sector (career counseling, MBBS abroad, or edtech) is a plus.

Compensation:

8K -15K & Performance-based incentives
