INDIAN JEWELLERJOB TITLE: Client & Publishing Coordinator – Media & Advertising (JewelleryIndustry)(Alternatives for better LinkedIn search visibility:)● Client Servicing Executive – Publishing & Media● CRM & Publishing Coordinator● Media Operations Executive – Client & Internal CoordinationJob Purpose:To act as a bridge between Indian Jeweller’s internal departments and external clients fortimely publishing execution. This role involves managing publishing deliverables, maintainingclient relationships, ensuring fulfilment of advertisement contracts, and supporting invoicingand reporting needs. Experience:2–3 years in client servicing, publishing coordination, or media operations preferred.Qualification:Graduate in Commerce or equivalent business field. Familiarity with the publishing or mediaindustry is a plus. Job Responsibilities:● Act as the primary coordination point between internal departments (design, editorial,accounts) and external clients, ensuring seamless communication and timelyexecution of ad placements and content approvals.● Manage client contracts – filing, tracking deliverables (print, digital, website ads), andensuring all promised assets are delivered on time.● Track and follow up for artwork submissions and approvals based on ad contracts;liaise with clients and internal design teams.● Compile and submit final print files to printers once approved.● Prepare and share monthly advertisement schedules (print, social media, website)with relevant teams for execution.● Generate monthly payment update lists, coordinate with clients on pending dues, andwork closely with the sales team for collections.● Support the accounts department by providing accurate input for invoice generationand maintaining client ledger clarity. ● Maintain a systematic record of all communications, approvals, contracts, and clientfeedback.
